Summary
Your code is yours. CodexaX does not train on your code. We do not sell your data. The proxy logs are minimal and you can delete your account anytime.
What we collect
- Account. Phone number, account creation time, plan/subscription status.
- Usage telemetry. Per-call: timestamp, model id, input/output token counts, cost. We do not store the prompts or completions.
- Operational logs. Request IDs, error codes, IP for abuse prevention. Retained 30 days then deleted.
What we do NOT collect
- The contents of your chats or generated code (we proxy them, we don't keep them).
- Files in your editor, unless you explicitly attach them to a chat — and even then only the proxied request payload, not stored.
- Browser fingerprints / ad identifiers.
Third parties
We share only what's necessary to deliver the service:
- Anthropic / OpenAI / Google — when you choose their model, your prompt is forwarded to the corresponding upstream API per their terms.
- Stripe — payment data, only if you upgrade.
- Smsbao — phone number + verification code, only at sign-in.
Your rights
- Access / export / delete. Email privacy@codexax.com. We respond within 7 days.
- Account deletion. Removes user record, API keys, usage history.
Self-hosting
If you run the CodexaX backend yourself, none of the above applies — your data stays on your infrastructure.
